10 minutes Air Fry Pizza (Tortillas Base)

This simple air fryer pizza is extremely easy to make and satisfyingly tasty.

Ingredients:

1. Grated cheese
2. Ham or bacon
3. Corn tortillas

Process:

1. Place grated cheese and ham/bacon ontop of the corn tortillas (as the ready made pizza base)
2. Air fryer all ingredients for 10 minutes at 120 degrees

If you want your pizza base extra crunchy, air fryer the tortillas by itself first for 4 minutes at 160 degrees.

Air Fryer Satay Chicken

This is a very simple mouth watering recipe.

Ingredients:

1 x Onion (chopped)
1 x  270ml light coconut milk
1 x 270ml satay sauce
600grams chicken breast
Curry powder
Turmeric powder
Sugar and salt

Process:
1. Cut chicken breast into thin fillet strips
2. Marinate meat with 2 teaspoons of curry powder and 2 teaspoons of turmeric powder, few pinches of salt and sugar, mix all well.
3. Place chicken meat into air fryer.
4. Start cooking one side of the chicken at 160 degrees for 10 minutes
5. Then turn the meat and cook for further 6 minutes at 200 degrees.
6. While the above is happening, prepare satay sauce.
7. Brown chopped onion in the saucepan with 1 tablespoon of oil. 
8. Add satay sauce, stir well for 5 minutes
9. Add coconut milk, stir for 5 more minutes. Sauce is all done.
10. When air fryer is done cooking the chicken (note the meat is really juicy and moist on the inside cooking this way, way better than using fan forced oven)
11. Pour satay sauce onto the cooked chicken.
