Air Fry Kikkoman Teriyaki \Mushroom Chicken

This dish is a stir fry dish. After air frying the following ingredients, combine them in a wok.

  1. Mushroom. Coat lightly with rice bran oil. Air fry for 10 minutes at 180 degrees.
  2. Potato and carrot. Coat lightly with rice bran oil. Air fry for 15 minutes at 180 degrees.
  3. Marinated chicken thighs. Spray a coat of rice bran oil, air fry for 15 minutes at 200 degrees. They won't be fully cooked, that's alright as I will cook them further when combining with mushroom, potato and carrot. Chicken thighs are marinated with: Teriyaki sauce, sugar, vinegar and minced chilli.
  4. When ingredients from steps 1,2 and 3 are done, heat up a wok with 2 table spoons of oil, add 1 chopped onion, let onion become brown before adding garilc and spring onions.
  5. When you can smell the fragrance from onion and garlic, add in chicken from step 4, cook for 5 minutes on medium heat.
  6. Add into work mushroom, potato and carrot from step 1,2, and 3. Stir all ingredients well and thoroughly for 5 minutes, finally add 3 tablespoons of teriyaki sauce to finish up.
