Pan Fry Sweet Soy King Green Prawns
This isn't an air fryer recipe, just a simple pan fry King Prawns recipe. Preparation and cooking time is about 1 hour.
Ingredients:
800 grams of large green prawns
Half garlic (chopped, minced)
One onion (sliced)
Ginger (few slices)
Bird eye chills (4)
Making sweet soy sauce:
1 tablespoon chinese cooking wine
2 teaspoons raw sugar
1 teaspoon dark caramalised soy sauce
1.5 tablespoons normal soy sauce
2 tablespoons water
Mix all of the above in a small bowl
Steps:
1. Wash prawns.
2. Prepare cooking ingredients as above
3. Heat up wok in high heat, add 4 tablespoons of oil
4. Toss in onion first, when slightly browned, add garlic
5. Add prawns, stir for about 8 minutes on high heat
6. Add ginger and chillis, stir for further 8 minutes
7. Add pre-prepared dark soy sauce mixture, cook for 6 minutes
That's it.

Roast Pork Roast Duck Air Fryer Reheating
To reheat some takeaway roast duck or roast pork, the optimum settings are as follows to avoid over drying the food:
140 degrees for minutes, no tossing and turning required to enjoy warm juicy roast.
