Ingredients:
1 pack of Korean cold noodle from Costco
Half pear
Some cucumber slices
Cooking:
Store noodles in the fridge, once it reach nice cold temperature, cut the pack open and pour into a big bowl
Add pear slices and cucumber slices and a touch extra mustard sauce to serve
Ingredients:
Tofu
Small prawns
Chilli Paste
Onion
Garlic
Lemon Grass
Cooking:
Cut tofu into thin square pieces
Pan fry tofu till golden brown, remove them from the pan
Good small prawns with onion, garlic and chill paste
Add tofu back to the pan, then add chilli paste and lemon grass
Stir fry for 10 minutes and serve
Ingredients:
1. A pack of Hotteok powder from Korean grocery shop
2. Warm water
3. Mix hot duk powder in warm water per instruction on the hot duk packaging
4. Pan fried hot duk till golden brown
Serve with extra peanut and sugar to taste

The skin is very thick and hard, and taste very salty.
The meat is juicy and tender on the inside.
There is no need to add extra sauce, the meat is salty and flavourful enough.
