- Mushroom. Coat lightly with rice bran oil. Air fry for 10 minutes at 180 degrees.
- Potato and carrot. Coat lightly with rice bran oil. Air fry for 15 minutes at 180 degrees.
- Marinated chicken thighs. Spray a coat of rice bran oil, air fry for 15 minutes at 200 degrees. They won't be fully cooked, that's alright as I will cook them further when combining with mushroom, potato and carrot. Chicken thighs are marinated with: Teriyaki sauce, sugar, vinegar and minced chilli.
- When ingredients from steps 1,2 and 3 are done, heat up a wok with 2 table spoons of oil, add 1 chopped onion, let onion become brown before adding garilc and spring onions.
- When you can smell the fragrance from onion and garlic, add in chicken from step 4, cook for 5 minutes on medium heat.
- Add into work mushroom, potato and carrot from step 1,2, and 3. Stir all ingredients well and thoroughly for 5 minutes, finally add 3 tablespoons of teriyaki sauce to finish up.

Kikkoman Teriyaki Air Fry Mushroom Chicken
This dish is a stir fry dish. After air frying the following ingredients, combine them in a wok.
