Air Fry Golden Potato Wedges

 


Ingredients:


* 2 large potatoes (such as Russet or Sebago), cut into wedges

* 1 tablespoon olive oil

* 1/2 teaspoon paprika

* 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

* Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions:


1.  Wash the potato wedges and pat them thoroughly dry.

2.  In a bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.

3.  Preheat your air fryer to 200°C (390°F).

4.  Place the potato wedges in the air fryer basket in a single layer (do not overcrowd). You may need to cook in batches.

5.  Cook for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wedges are golden brown and tender.

6.  Serve hot with your favourite dips like aioli or tomato sauce.
