Ingredients:
500 gram pork. Marinate with 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, 1 teaspoon of sugar, 1 teaspoon of light soya sauce for 20 minutes.
1 red capsicium
1 carrot
1 yellow capsicium
5 x small potatoes (washed)
1 tablespoon of Korean Spicy Chilli Paste (Go Chu jang)
1 teaspoon x sugar
Air Fry Time and Temperature:
Cut vegetables into small pieces.
Lightly coat vegetables in thin layer of oil. Air fry for 20 minutes at 170c.
Fry pan cooking:
Brown 1 onion and 1 garlic cube in a pan/wok.
Toss in pork. Stir well and cook for 10 minutes.
Throw in air-fry vegetables.
Stir meat and vegetables thoroughly for 5 minutes on medium heat.Add one tablespoon of Korean Chilli Paste, one teaspoon of sugar.
Mix well and stir for 3 minutes.
