Mouth watering BBQ Pork Rib
Ingredients:
BBQ sauce, salt, Chinese Cooking Wine, five-spice powder, spring onion, onion, a pack of pork rib, sugar
Marinate (overnight):
- Wash the pork rib.
- 2 table spoon of cooking wine, rub generously on the pork rib.
- Rub a pinch of salt, sugar and five-spice powder on the pork rib.
Sauce:
On a small pan, brown onion with a tablespoon of olive oil.
Pour half cup of BBQ sauce into pan.
Add 1 teaspoon of sugar.
Add 1 tablespoon of cooking wine.
Mix well.
Remove from stove, add in a handful of chopped spring onions. Stir thoroughly.
Cooking the rib:
- Ribs go into the air fryer
- First 10 minutes, 160c
- Open air fryer, generously brush sauce on the ribs on both sides. Turn the ribs and continue for 15 more minutes at 160c.
Total air fryer cooking time: 25 minutes
