Ingredients:
Make this sauce to marinate the chicken breast for 30 minutes.
1. 1.5 table spoon of Korean black bean sauce (Ja Jang)
2. 1 table spoon of honey
3. A pinch of salt, pepper, sugar and chilli flakes
Steps:
1. Heat up oil in fry pan
2. When oil starts to smoke, reduce heat to medium
4. Pan fry chicken breast in batches until fully cooked
