Ingredients:
Leek, Sesame Leaves, Egg, Flour, Potato Starch, Rice Flour, a pinch of salt, Water, Prawns, Onions
The ingredients:
Combine egg, flour, potato starch, rice flour and water. Mix well. Add water to reach non-sticky consistency.
Cut leek, sesame leaves. Use a mixer to mince prawns and onions. Combine all mixture, pan fry till golden colour.
Finally, prepare dipping sauce with 4 x tablespoons soy sauce and 1 x teaspoon chilli sauce.
