Ingredients:
Spring onion, ham, chopped onion, tomato.
Cooking:
- Beat 4 eggs in a bowl, add chopped spring onions
- Brown 1 onion and 2 slices of ham in a pan
- Chop 4 small tomatoes and air fry for 10 minutes at 200c to reduce moisture.
- Combine all ingredients in air fry and cook for 20 minutes at 170c.
