Pan Fry Snapper

 Ingredients:

1. One snapper, washed and scaled.

2. Apply dry rub inside the fish stomach. Dry rub ingredients: ginger powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper and small pinch of sugar.

3. Sauce for pouring on the fish after pan frying is done: 

2 table spoon soya sauce

3 green onions

2 garlic clovers

1 green chille pepper

1 table spoon hot pepper flakes

2 teaspoon sugar

1 table spoon sesame oil

1 teaspoon sesame seeds

Steps:

1. Heat up oil, once it is hot enough place snapper into the fry pan

2. fry for 8 minutes, turn the fish

3. fry for another 5 minutes

4. Test the fish meat with a fork, if it cuts through easily, this means it's done and ready to serve.
