Korean rice noodle - Duk Guk
Korean Fish Cake - Otang
Steps:
1. Prepare soup base
2. Fried egg and cut them into thin strips
3. Once soup base started boiling, pour in rice cake. Cook until rice cake has softened enough.
4. Add Korean fish cake - otang. Cook for a further 5 minutes
5. Final steps is to garnish the bowl of hot rice cake with egg strips and sea weeds
